Trainer/Utility
- Develops and conducts training programs for employees
- Covers new employee orientation and specified areas of sales and delivery on-the-job training
- Collaborates with management and job experts to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training
- Coordinates training schedule with hiring and training demands
- Formulates training plans and individual lesson plans
- Conducts training using various methods including individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, and on-the-job training
- Aids employees with problems related to specific tasks
- Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handouts, demonstration models, and visual aids
- Evaluates and tests trainees to measure progress and effectiveness
- Reports on progress of employees during training periods and maintains records
- Quotes prices and credit terms and coordinates sales contracts for orders obtained
- Drives truck to deliver beverage product to customer's place of business
- Records sales, delivery, and variance information on daily sales or delivery record
- Travels through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers
- Solicits orders and new business, prepares sales contracts, and interfaces with customers on location or by phone
