Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic and challenging workouts in a group setting to members of all fitness levels.
  • Push members to reach their health and fitness goals by pushing them outside of their comfort zones and building their confidence.
  • Work with and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds to relatively challenging levels.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they understand the workout and modifications needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
  • Execute marketing and sales strategies to promote Burn Boot Camp events and programs.
  • Operate within Burn Boot Camp’s protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goals while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Able to work with and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds to relatively challenging levels.
  • A strong communicator who can effectively convey workout details and modifications.
  • Able to work within a team environment and contribute positively to the Burn Boot Camp community.
  • A positive, high-energy, and highly motivated individual.
  • Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR a 4-year Exercise Science degree with no gap in experience.
  • CPR/AED certified.
  • At least 1 year of experience in personal training or coaching.
