Trainer

Job Description

Carry out training and educational programs for employees and external clients.
Assist in assessing training needs by evaluating employee and client knowledge, skills, and abilities against job requirements, identifying gaps where training is necessary.
Prepare and conduct client training sessions using a standardized curriculum.
Train existing team members in classrooms or field settings.
Train new hires to align them with the company culture and roles they will support.
Participate in Kaizen and other productivity exercises to enhance processes.
Stay updated on sales and technical product knowledge.
Collaborate with the Training Department, MSX Management, and Market Management to develop training plans.
Review training materials for effectiveness and gather feedback from trainees to improve evaluations.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
Keep training materials confidential and adhere to ethical standards.

• Show creativity and problem-solving skills to adapt to the evolving needs of contemporary learners.
• Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) to inspire and engage learners.
• Show empathy and understanding of effective teaching methodologies, and be willing to adopt new techniques.
• Have a background in content delivery and creation using modern methods and technology.
• Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, a related field, or a combination of relevant industry knowledge, experience, and certifications.
