Skill Requirements
- Five (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs
- Performing Instructional Design
- Developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
- Developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree
- A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, reducing the total years of experience to three (3)
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted
Experience
- SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community
- Three (3) years - Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature
- Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
- Five (5) years training experience with digital signals processing
- Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
- Experience with administrating virtual training
- Ability to travel
- SIGINT and C++ experience
