Trainee Driver

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our 8-month Driver Programme. The role involves delivering our products across the region, ensuring projects move efficiently and customers are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the business—professional, friendly, and reliable every step of the way
• Learn the ropes through our comprehensive training programme
• Drive safely, legally, and with confidence at all times
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep everything road ready
• Load, scan, and deliver products with precision and care
• Stay on track with routes, timings, and top-tier service
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and equipment like a pro—safety always comes first
• Handle customer interactions smoothly and professionally

Requirements

• Must be 18 or over
• Minimum 12 months UK driving experience
• Category B driving license

Pay

The starting salary is £31,700, which increases to £35,800 upon completion of training.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible but includes regular working hours and occasional overtime as needed.
