Trails of Orono - Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA - Full Time
About the role
Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver, HHA, and CNA on a full-time basis. The position is available in the PM shift (3-11p) and offers wages ranging from $17-$22 for CNA and $19-$24 for HHA.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as per the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Aid in medication administration as directed.
Requirements
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Qualifications
Compassionate towards others and passionate about enriching the lives of others. A positive, compassionate attitude is essential.
Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
