Description Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA, & CNA to join our team!
About the Role
Trails of Orono Senior Living, located in Orono, MN, is in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis and next to the Luce Line Trail. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Trails of Orono is an established community with a fun, caring, and passionate team.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents with personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Affirm resident independence while encouraging participation in activities.
- Treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
Requirements
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay
- CNA Wage: $19-$24
- HHA Wage: $17-$22
- Shift Differential: $1 for Evenings/$2 for Overnights

- Part-time AM shift
