Trails of Orono Assisted Living: Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA (FT AM/PT PM)
About the role
Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Full-Time (FTE) or Part-Time (PT) schedule to join our dedicated team. The position is located at 875 Wayzata Boulevard, Wayzata, MN 55391.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Affirm residents' independence while treating each with respect and dignity.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
Requirements
Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare, positive attitude, and strong customer service and communication skills are also required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. CPR certification is preferred but not required.

Pay
- HHA: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience
- CNA: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
- Option 1, 0.8 FTE AM: 7am-3pm - Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday / Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday
- Option 2, 0.6 FTE PM: 3pm-11pm - Week 1: Sunday, Monday and Thursday / Week 2: Thursday, Friday and Saturday
