Key Responsibilities
- Assist scaffolders with erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding on residential and commercial sites
- Carry, load, and unload materials, ensuring equipment is handled safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including yard duties when required
- Follow instructions from senior scaffolders and supervisors to support daily operations
- Learn and apply safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and manual handling techniques
- Support vehicle loading and site preparation, including basic labouring tasks
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A good level of physical fitness – the role involves manual handling and working at height
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team
- A basic understanding of site safety
- A valid CSCS or COTS card
- A full UK driving licence
Working Hours & Conditions
- Full-time role
- Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm
- Work is physically demanding and outdoors
- Overtime opportunities may be available depending on workload
