*Trailblazer Only* Trainee Scaffolder Labourer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist scaffolders with erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding on residential and commercial sites
• Carry, load, and unload materials, ensuring equipment is handled safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, including yard duties when required
• Follow instructions from senior scaffolders and supervisors to support daily operations
• Learn and apply safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and manual handling techniques
• Support vehicle loading and site preparation, including basic labouring tasks

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A good level of physical fitness – the role involves manual handling and working at height
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team
• A basic understanding of site safety
• A valid CSCS or COTS card
• A full UK driving licence

Working Hours & Conditions

• Full-time role
• Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm
• Work is physically demanding and outdoors
• Overtime opportunities may be available depending on workload
