Maintain and Improve Existing Trail Systems

• Maintain and improve existing trail systems on Whitetail Club property
• Includes 10 miles of single-track mountain bike trails

Greet and Welcome Members

• Perform motorized and non-motorized trail maintenance
• Use hand tools, chain saws, off-road vehicles, skid steer/tractors, etc.
• Avoids repetitive tasks by assisting other positions such as maintenance or engineering services
• Coordinates work for the trail crew
• Leads planning, evaluating, training, and team-building initiatives

Requirements

• Relevant 3/4 star/diamond service experience in a similar property
• Physical ability to work outdoors, including in inclement weather
• Ability to work independently or in small groups
• Ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service
• Effective communication skills with members, guests, and coworkers
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Previous guest service experience
• Preferred knowledge of operating an excavator
