Traffic Engineering Practice Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement traffic engineering solutions for complex projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct traffic studies and analyses to inform design decisions.
• Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers on traffic engineering projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proficiency in traffic engineering software such as MicroSTRM, Synchro, and CORSIM.
• Experience with traffic signal design and intersection improvements.
• Strong understanding of traffic flow principles and traffic control devices.
