Senior Traffic Engineering Leader to guide transportation projects and ensure high-quality technical delivery across the western United States. Key Responsibilities Lead technical delivery, quality reviews, and technical oversight for traffic engineering work.Manage project scopes, budgets, and overall project execution to meet requirements.Mentor and guide engineering staff to strengthen performance and technical expertise.Support traffic operations, safety initiatives, corridor planning, traffic impact analysis, and traffic design.Coordinate and review design outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and best practices.
