Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing all training of employees within the field
• Leading and managing the on-site team
• Supervising the installation of worksites, identifying any non-compliant aspects of a worksite and overseeing other employees while in the field
• Coordinating project schedules and dispatching field crews, monitoring employee hours scheduled per work and addressing minor employee complaints
• Working independently, exhibiting good judgement in the field and always adhering to company policy
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Agreeing to be “on-call” 24 hrs per day 7 days a week unless relieved by an Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Vice President or President
• Loading and unloading dispatch trucks
• Operating motorized hand tools and equipment required
• Enforcing company policies
• Reviewing complex traffic control plans and determining/executing compliant installations

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ year(s) experience in transportation or a related field
• Valid Driver’s License
• 18+ years old
• Willingness to improve industry knowledge and learn new skills
• Ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
