Responsibilities
- Leading and overseeing all training of employees within the field
- Leading and managing the on-site team
- Supervising the installation of worksites, identifying any non-compliant aspects of a worksite and overseeing other employees while in the field
- Coordinating project schedules and dispatching field crews, monitoring employee hours scheduled per work and addressing minor employee complaints
- Working independently, exhibiting good judgement in the field and always adhering to company policy
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Agreeing to be “on-call” 24 hrs per day 7 days a week unless relieved by an Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Vice President or President
- Loading and unloading dispatch trucks
- Operating motorized hand tools and equipment required
- Enforcing company policies
- Reviewing complex traffic control plans and determining/executing compliant installations
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ year(s) experience in transportation or a related field
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years old
- Willingness to improve industry knowledge and learn new skills
- Ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
