About the role

CSS is a traffic control company based in North Platte, Nebraska, serving central Nebraska to the panhandle, eastern Colorado, and Rapid City, SD. We provide traffic control services, roadway and airport pavement marking, pavement marking removals, temporary barrier rail, temporary signals, message boards, and other smart zone equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directs traffic through construction zones using hand signaling devices like STOP/SLOW paddles to ensure the safety of both workers and motorists.
• Protects project personnel and provides safe, courteous, and authoritative directions to traffic seeking passage through a work zone.

Requirements

• Flagger Certification
• Driver's License (Required)
• Must be at least 22 years of age
• Clean driving record
• Follow the Safety handbook
• Work away from home
• Communicate well with others
• Willingness to learn
• Lift 80+ lbs.
• Work outside in all-weather conditions
• Work away from home
• Work overtime
• Be a team player
