Join a safety-focused team as a Traffic Control Protector, responsible for setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and ensuring safety at job sites.

Responsibilities

• Setting up cones, signs, and barricades
• Guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles
• Ensuring safety at job sites
• Maintaining communication with the crew and supervisor
• Keeping equipment safe and clean
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work in traffic, stand or walk for long periods, and lift 40–50 pounds
• Ability to work safely around moving traffic
• Commitment to safety rules
• Respectful interaction with coworkers, clients, and the public

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outside for extended periods
• Lift 40-50 pounds
• Pass pre-employment screening including a drug test
• Must stay alert and follow safety protocols at all times

Pay

Hourly pay ranging from $17.65 to $19.50 with overtime opportunities and pay increases within the first year.
