Traffic Control Flagger

Join a team as a Traffic Safety Protector, providing roadside traffic control and safety services. No experience or degree required; training, safety equipment, and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades
• Using stop/slow paddles to direct traffic and monitor site activity
• Following safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining clean and safe equipment and vehicles
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests
• Commitment to safety and respectful conduct

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay of $18.50–$19.25, with overtime and pay increases
