Role Overview Seeking motivated individuals for a Traffic Control Flagger position, an entry-level safety-sensitive role. This role involves establishing and maintaining safe work zones, managing traffic flow with stop/slow paddles, and collaborating with team members to ensure safety. Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license, ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50-60 lbs., and work in all weather and traffic conditions. Experience driving is preferred. All applicants must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
