Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for traffic control projects
- Review plans, specifications, and traffic control requirements
- Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs
- Coordinate with operations and field personnel
- Track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software
- Support project handoff and startup activities
- Communicate with customers regarding project scope and requirements
- Analyze project profitability and cost trends
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of traffic control experience, including 1 year in field operations and 2 years in supervisory roles
- ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to read traffic control plans and project specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
