Responsibilities
- Conduct traffic analysis to support project planning and design
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure traffic flow and safety are optimized
- Prepare and present traffic impact analyses to stakeholders
- Stay updated on traffic engineering standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in traffic engineering
- Knowledge of traffic engineering software such as MicroSim or Synchro
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with traffic signal design and intersection analysis
- Understanding of traffic modeling techniques and data analysis
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
