Traditional Labor Shareholder – Any Office Location (#807)

Key Responsibilities

• Advises employers on all aspects of traditional labor law, including union avoidance, union organizing, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, labor strategy, and NLRB matters.
• Represents clients before the National Labor Relations Board and in labor arbitrations and negotiations.
• Manages and grows a strong book of business while fostering new client relationships.
• Collaborates with attorneys across practice groups and offices on complex labor and employment matters.
• Serves as a mentor and leader to junior attorneys within the labor & employment practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in traditional labor law, with a demonstrated track record of success representing employers.
• Admission to practice in the state where the attorney will be based.
• Self-sustaining portable book of business required.
• Experience leading labor strategy and negotiations strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and client service skills.
