About the role
As a Financial Services Representative, you are our "Swiss Army Knife" of banking, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk. You’ll be the face of CNB, traveling to various branches to support our teams and meet our amazing clients.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term, profitable relationships by providing "wow" level customer service.
- Help clients manage their money by processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with efficiency and precision.
- Identify client needs and match them with the perfect solutions to meet their financial goals—from new checking and savings accounts to specialized sales referrals.
- Keep things running smoothly by balancing cash drawers, managing vault currency, and troubleshooting ATMs.
- Seize opportunities for continued education to sharpen your skills.
Requirements
- You possess professional oral and written communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- You stay cool under pressure and treat everyone with respect.
- You know your way around Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and the internet.
- You do what is right, not just what is easy, and you earn trust every day.
- You have reliable transportation and are ready to travel between branches as assigned.
- You have a high school diploma or GED (required).
- A Bachelor’s degree or previous client service experience is definitely a plus!

The Logistics
- You’ll support our staffing needs by traveling to different branch locations as assigned, so reliable transportation is a must.
- Expect a 40-hour workweek with hours generally Monday through Thursday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) and Fridays (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
