Work you'll do As a Trading & VCO Advisory Consultant on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for: Support analysis across the commodity trade lifecycle (e.g., deal capture, scheduling/nomination, pricing, settlements) to help identify data, process, or control improvement opportunities within trading and risk operationsSupport the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of value chain optimization programs for Commodity Trading companies in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Agriculture and other adjacent commodity sectors. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field4+ years of experience in value chain, operations, supply chain management, or consultingExperience supporting work across downstream oil & gas functions, including refining, shipping, storage, marketing, and commodity trading operationsFoundational understanding of the commodities trade lifecycle and related risk concepts (e.g., deal capture, confirmations, scheduling, settlements, market/credit risk exposures)Experience supporting commercial or operational optimization programs and tracking performance against key performance indicatorsExperience creating client-ready analyses, presentations, or financial models to quantify business valueAbility to travel 75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,900 You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
