- Monitor campaigns to ensure successful performance, delivery, and pacing; proactively flag risks or opportunities for optimization and upsells.
- Ownership of end-to-end troubleshooting from campaign and creative setup, discrepancy resolution, and exchange-level technical issues.
- Be the first line of support for technical, operational, and product-related client questions.
- Internally partner with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on tooling as well as resolve product gaps and issues.
- Be the technical and operational stakeholder in presentations with clients; comfortable presenting and speaking to data, technical, and functionality-related questions from advertisers.
- Become a TripleLift expert who can consult and educate clients on TripleLift’s products and external-facing tools, including providing tooling demos, new product updates, and best practices.
- Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and other advanced analytics tools, such as Omni, to analyze large sets of data and create actionable insights.
- Build custom dashboards and proactively monitor data to identify liquidity blockers or campaign issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or programmatic trading (SSP, DSP, Exchange, or agency-side).
- Previous experience in various DSPs required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot delivery and technical issues.
- Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and prioritize as needed.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with trafficking, QA, or reporting tools a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, tracking solutions).
- Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn SQL is highly preferred.
- Highly organized and process-driven with a bias toward execution and accountability.
