Trading Specialist

About the role

The Trading Specialist position supports the operations of Cetera's corporate team, which includes legal, finance, and HR functions. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete various administrative requests from field representatives, such as trade corrections and mutual fund conversions.
• Support the Trading Desk in servicing clients.
• Explain trading procedures to reps and other customers, answer questions, and provide quotes.
• Research and resolve issues in the trading area.
• Ensure that all trades meet internal and external compliance standards.

Requirements

• Organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and general databases.

Benefits

Base annual salary range: $43,000 to $72,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.

This position is based out of either our Dallas, TX or St. Cloud, MN office.
