TruBlue of North Idaho is a home services company dedicated to providing value and peace-of-mind to its customers. The company aims to be the most professional property improvement service available, offering routine maintenance, repairs, and general upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an assistant to the Field Technician/Tradesman, learning different trades throughout.
• Open the opportunity for promotion to Field Technician.
• Perform minor carpentry tasks such as trim door repairs, trim installation, minor fixtures repair (including minor electrical and plumbing), painting, and exterior siding repairs.
• Build or repair fences and decks.
• Use some basic computer skills and write legibly.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of paid experience in the trades industry.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to take pride in your work.
• A passion for helping people and enjoying customer interaction.
• A reliable and trustworthy individual who treats people with respect and expects the same in return.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and willing to be coached for development.
• Ability to win customers' confidence and offer additional value through a checklist of other repairs and services provided by TruBlue.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to write legibly.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and current car insurance.
• Owns your own tools and knows how to use them.
• Reliable transportation, preferably a truck in good condition.
