Tradesman - Engineering Monday- Friday day shift - Full-Time

Core Responsibilities And Essential Functions

• Provides basic facility maintenance support including inspections, preventive tasks, and assisting skilled trades in a healthcare environment.
• Perform light repairs and preventive maintenance such as positive pressure checks and hood inspections on facility systems.
• Affixes to skilled trades with larger repair and installation projects.
• Replaces light bulbs, ceiling tiles, checking sprinkler gauges and minor building components.
• Completes work orders in system.
• Reports building issues promptly to supervisors.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.
• Supports emergency response activities as directed.
• Completes proper maintenance and documented in compliance with DNV standards.
• Completes all activities in compliance with codes and regulatory standards.
• Performs all other mechanical duties as assigned.

Education

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• PREFERRED: Enrolled in Facility Maintenance Program from trade school
