TRADESMAN - ENG RENOVATION

Responsibilities

• Read prints regularly for construction
• Absorb and ensure compliance with applicable codes and adapt to changes
• Perform tasks involving wood, metal, and other materials to complete projects
• Maintain and install work in a neat, organized, and efficient manner
• Provide guidance and support to the department
• Operate machinery and power tools safely
• Inform supervisor of work status or project updates
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Install and assist in the installation of commercial flooring systems, ceilings, walls, painting, and millwork
• Manage inventory of building materials
• Plan, organize, and maintain project schedules
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Perform other renovation duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 10 years of construction experience preferred
• At least 5 years of prior healthcare work experience preferred
• Strong construction skills across all areas
• High level of customer service and multitasking ability
• Strategic thinking and efficient problem-solving skills
• Maturity to handle confidential information in a healthcare setting

Working Conditions

7:00am – 3:30pm M-F or hours as required by the job.

Occasional weekends and off-shifts.

Sitting/standing/lifting/moving about during working hours.
