About the role
The Trades Technician III (Plumber) is directly responsible to the Trades Manager for providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff by repairing and maintaining properly functioning equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Potable water systems
- Pumps
- Water/steam heat exchangers
- Hot water heating systems
- Sanitary sewer systems
- Steam and condensate distribution systems
- Fire suppression/sprinkler systems
- Related equipment
Requirements
- Extensive experience at a Journeyman's level in commercial plumbing, steam and condensate systems, fire suppression and sprinkler systems.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Gas Fitters License.
- Completion of trade school and/or accredited Plumbing/Steam fitting apprenticeship.
- Journeyman (or higher) Plumbers card (preferred).
Pay
Hiring range: $53,228 – $73,455 (Pay Band 3).
