Trader - Prediction Markets

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate pricing, continuous liquidity, and orderly market function.
• Continuously monitor trading activity to detect discrepancies with internal fair values and observable market conditions, ensuring prices remain accurate and consistent with available information.
• Track real-time news sources and proactively adjust fair values or update quotes to reflect newly available public information and maintain continuous two-sided liquidity.
• Adjust model or system parameters in response to market conditions, liquidity issues, or evolving trading situations.
• Identify situations which may lead to liquidity gaps or impair orderly trading and document them for research and system improvement.
• Manually manage trading gaps arising from technical failures, model inadequacies, or unexpected market events to maintain operational continuity.
• Escalate production or system issues promptly to technical support teams, providing clear descriptions and context.
