Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. This position is available in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
• Handle trademark litigation and matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB)
• Contribute to the development and delivery of legal strategies and courses of action
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality legal services to clients
• Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently

• Demonstrated record of working well under pressure
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible

Pay

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
