Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. This position is available in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
• Handle trademark litigation and matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB)
• Develop and present legal strategies and courses of action
• Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals

• Excellent academic credentials

• Superior interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated record of working well under pressure
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible

Benefits

• Competitive compensation ranging from $215,000 to $260,000 in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., commensurate with qualifications and experience

Compensation varies depending on market data and location.
