Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. This position is available in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
• Handle trademark and copyright litigation cases, including those before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
• Contribute to the development and execution of legal strategies.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Communicate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials.
• A commitment to the community.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated record of working well under pressure.
• An active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation range in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., ranging from $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
