About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. This position is available in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.
Responsibilities
- Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
- Handle trademark and copyright litigation cases, including before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
- Develop and present legal strategies and courses of action.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve client objectives.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials.
- A commitment to the community.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated record of handling multiple projects and managing stress.
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.

- Competitive compensation ranging from $215,000 to $260,000 in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., commensurate with qualifications and experience.
