Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. This position is available in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
• Handle trademark litigation and matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
• Contribute to the development and execution of legal strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, articulating legal strategies and courses of action.

• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated record of working well under pressure.
• An active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.

Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and much more. The salary range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Associates are also eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
