Trade Operations Analyst

About the role

You'll work closely with traders, finance, compliance, brokers, custodians, and clients to keep trades settling on time, books and records accurate, and risk in check for both the firm and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of all trades and positions across the firm.
• Partner directly with software engineers to automate workflows and build more robust systems.
• Help shape the architecture of new tools and controls.
• Become an expert in the mechanics of trade clearance and settlement.
• Dig into meaningful data analysis.
• Directly support the firm's ability to trade efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience (new grads welcome to apply).
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar).
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
