The Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (BIST) invites UK home, gift, accessories and lifestyle brands to participate in a trade mission to Shoppe Object, New York.

Why the US Market?

The United States is a major consumer market for home and gift products. Independent retail is growing, and buyers are looking for distinctive, design-led brands from the UK and Europe. UK brands are highly regarded for craftsmanship, design heritage, and storytelling.

Who Should Attend

• UK registered businesses operating in the following sectors: Home décor, tabletop and lifestyle accessories
• Stationery, paper goods and greeting cards
• Giftware
• Jewellery and personal accessories
• Wellness, candles, fragrance and bath/body products
• Ceramics, glassware and artisan homeware
• Children's gifts and toys
• Food, confectionery and speciality pantry goods suitable for gifting

Applicants should be already exporting and have a product range ready for the US market.

• Exhibition space in the dedicated UK pavilion at Shoppe Object
• Pre-mission briefing on the US home and gift retail landscape, buyer expectations and show strategy
• Dedicated support from BIST throughout the mission
• Inclusion in the BIST mission delegate brochure, shared with buyers and marketplace platforms
• Post-mission follow-up support and access to BIST's export services
