Trade Marketing Intern

About the role

You will have the opportunity to learn how brands are activated across different channels, collaborating on projects that connect the physical point of sale, digital channels, and professional salons. Your mission will be to support the Marketing team in the preparation and execution of campaigns, launches, and commercial actions, contributing to maximizing sell-out and customer experience. Reporting to the Brand Manager.

Responsibilities

• Learn to support the preparation and implementation of Trade Marketing plans aligned with LAKMÉ's strategic priorities.
• Participate in the development and adaptation of activation materials (POS, sales arguments, presentations, planograms, and 360º activations) to support the commercial team.
• Collaborate in the creation and coordination of commercial campaigns aimed at professional salons, distributors, and retailers.
• Support the management of omnichannel projects, helping to maintain a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
• Conduct basic analysis of sales, activations, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Commercial, Purchasing) and external suppliers to ensure timing, quality, and budget efficiency.
• Participate in the search for new ideas, formats, and tools that help improve customer experience and brand visibility.
• Prepare planograms.

Requirements

• Ability to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
• Currently studying or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Advertising, Communication, or similar.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Interest in developing a professional career in Trade Marketing.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Enjoy teamwork and coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Analytical skills and willingness to learn about business, marketing, and sales.

Valuable assets (not required)

• Previous internships or participation in projects related to Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail, or FMCG.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
