Trade Compliance Professional

Axiom is seeking an Import Compliance Specialist to join our International Trade and Regulatory team. This role focuses on operational and compliance aspects of U.S. import regulations, including customs documentation, tariff classification, and country-of-origin determinations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing import documentation and filings for compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
• Advising internal teams and clients on HTS classification, tariffs, and country-of-origin determinations.
• Supporting cross-border transactions and import operations for multinational clients.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and implementing process improvements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. import regulations, customs filings, and HTS classification.
• Strong knowledge of tariffs, country-of-origin rules, and trade compliance procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Experience in technology, healthcare/pharma, manufacturing, or aerospace industries (preferred).
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, global compliance environment.

Pay

The estimated total compensation for this role is $71,250–309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
