Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global JC program across business units
- Interpret and apply export control regulations (ITAR, EAR, global regimes)
- Lead JC processes, training, and governance frameworks
- Oversee classification quality and support CJ filings
- Persist cross-functionally to embed compliance into product lifecycle
- Provide reporting, metrics, and audit support
- Support investigations, M&A activity, and broader compliance initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years in export controls / JC determinations
- Deep knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and related regulations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with trade compliance systems (ERP / GTM tools)
JD Highly Preferred; Bachelor's degree required; U.S. Person status required
