About the role
The Tractor Trailer Refrigeration Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems in commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair refrigeration systems in commercial vehicles
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to refrigeration systems
- Follow safety protocols and procedures during maintenance and repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive or refrigeration repair
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and components
- Good problem-solving skills
Skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
