Tractor Trailer Class A Driver - Full Time - Bolingbrook, IL - Starting Rate $30.00/hr.

Description

Power Play Distributors is a DSD (Direct Store Delivery) company based in Bolingbrook, IL, responsible for the distribution of premium frozen pizza products throughout the Midwestern states. The Tractor Trailer Driver's primary responsibility is to shuttle raw materials and finished goods to and from manufacturers and warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Work from verbal orders and written production sheets
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment
• Shuttle trailer loads of product using tractor trailer
• Complete daily Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs
• Safely drive freight at various locations, over long distances with occasional overnight stays
• When required, pick orders and load trailers
• Use hand pallet jacks and common office supplies
• Utilize a smartphone for email, text, voice communication, and ELD

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• CDL A license required
• Maintain all Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance
• Minimum of 3 years CDL experience preferred
