Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in the trailer repair industry
- Must possess required tooling applicable to listed repairs in the job description (main air tools provided)
- Achieve 85% or above productivity and 95% or above efficiency

- Inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of fleet of dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components
- Preventative maintenance including preventative, warrantable, and accident-related repairs
- Inspection of suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to meet company and DOT specifications
- Testing equipment for performance issues and ensuring DOT compliance
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment
Work Experience
- Two years of verifiable experience in the trailer repair industry

- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fleet of dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components
- Perform preventative maintenance including preventative, warrantable, and accident-related repairs
- Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to meet company and DOT specifications
- Test equipment for performance issues and ensure DOT compliance
- Demonstrate self-motivation, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
- Dedicate to providing the safest and most efficient trucks/trailers to drivers and customers
- Utilize OEM Diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting/repair and engage in continuous learning through training opportunities
