Due to continued expansion of our established and highly successful business, we are actively seeking Trackway Installer crew Operatives to join our operations team. There are vacancies in North and Scotland. Work location: GBR..South Lanarkshire.151 Climpy Road. Working environment: On‑Site/Field Operations – Field Support. Job type: Full‑time, Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Work as a partner to Drivers and Plant Operators on installation and recovery operations throughout the UK, operating as a two/three‑person crew, including nights away in accommodation.
• Follow exact directions.
• Operate heavy equipment (crane).
• Use hand tools.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and rules.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Work a flexible schedule (day, night, occasional weekends).
• Assist with installing/removing mats/pins and preparing them for transport.
• Possess Construction and Transmission & Distribution experience (preferred).
• Pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug/alcohol screen and physical.
• Be reliable, trustworthy, a good time‑keeper, able to use own initiative and highly motivated.
• Participate in full training with development opportunities and progression within the company.

Requirements

• Hold a full car driving licence (required).
• CSCS card desirable but not essential (full training provided).
• Authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
• Able to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug/alcohol screen and physical.

Pay

Overtime paid at time‑and‑half and double‑time rates; night out allowance provided.

Schedule

Flexible working pattern including day, night and occasional weekend shifts; may involve nights away in accommodation as part of crew duties.
