Track and Field Coach

This program allows every current Y employee an opportunity to earn bonuses by simply referring someone who gets hired and remains at the Y for six months. The only requirement is that the new employee and referring employee must be actively employed in order to receive a payout. Does not apply to seasonal employees.

• Payouts will be made as follows: 50% payout at 3 months and the remaining 50% at 6 months.
• There is no limit to the number of people you can refer, or how much you can earn, so start earning today!

Refer a Full Time employee and earn $500 (paid out over a 6 month period if both staff remain employed)
