About the role

Works directly on the production line, assessing for quality and facilitating product flow from start of line processing to packaging.

Responsibilities

• Work with product at various stages of production, such as separating and sorting product, grading product, and packing bagged product according to product specification.
• Assist in staging work materials and maintaining organization of work area.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must complete required safety training.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and twist up to 10 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
• Previous food processing or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).

Working Conditions

• Exposure to varying temperatures (warm to very cold).
• Noise, humidity, and slippery floors.
• Moving vehicles and possible heavy or repeated lifting.
• Must wear appropriate PPE and other required equipment.

Pay

$19.08 hourly

Schedule

4:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with availability to work weekends and overtime.
