Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble, process, and package food products according to established specifications
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Support line changeovers and basic equipment setups when needed
• Accurately label, package, and palletize finished products
• Report equipment malfunctions, product issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Meet daily production and efficiency goals
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehousing preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours)
• Frequently lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to work in variable temperatures, including hot, cold, or refrigerated environments

Work Environment

• Food manufacturing plant with exposure to noise, machinery, and food ingredients
• May require working weekends, overtime, and flexible schedules
• Strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards is required
