Job Duties
- Prepare and review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy
- Reconcile application against system input and send to title and escrow
- Balance loans with escrow and fund loans on time
- Work with Monetary for outgoing and incoming wires
- Serve as a point of contact for Partner Loan Officer and Partner Loan Processor & 3rd party escrow partners
- Responsible for signing and validating system enhancements
Essential Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage closing and/or escrow
- Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) with all levels within the organization
- Proven attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Encompass (preferred)

Pay
$25.65 to $30.33 per hour + monthly incentive
