TP Associate Accountant
SUMMARY
This position offers hands-on training across various operational accounting roles within the Poultry segment, providing exposure to both Poultry Live Production Accounting and Poultry Plant Accounting. The program includes approximately nine months of experience in Complex and/or Plant Accounting operations at one of our field locations (outside of Corporate).
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
Experience: 6+ months of work experience preferred but not required.
Computer Skills: Requires standard computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office applications. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). SAP experience will be a plus.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
Special Skills: Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment; using good judgement to complete tasks; ability to set priorities and coordinate with others.
Supervisory: None
Travel: 1 or more trips per year.

PAY RANGE/RATE
$52,000.00 - $88,000.00
