About the role

Norm Reeves Dealerships is expanding its Service Department at Toyota of Dallas, seeking experienced Technicians to join a growing team. The position offers competitive pay, flat-rate compensation with bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electrical issues using Toyota diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Service and maintain key systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, suspension, and electrical components.
• Complete quality repairs efficiently while adhering to Toyota standards and safety protocols.
• Document all work performed with accurate repair orders and inspection notes to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations, timelines, and customer concerns.
• Maintain a professional workspace and represent the dealership with integrity in all guest interactions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Technician, with dealership experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive School or Program experience (preferred).
• Automotive certifications or Toyota Certified credentials (preferred).
