Handle and follow up with internet and phone leads

Possess strong communication and negotiation skills

Work independently and as part of a team

Have a positive attitude and high level of motivation to achieve sales goals

Be proficient in using sales software and MS Office applications

Hold a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred

Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions

Process paperwork, including contracts, financing, and trade-in evaluations

Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business

Inbound calls/Outbound follow up calls

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and inventory updates

We are a 71,632 square foot facility with a glass enclosed New Vehicle Delivery area
